It is located just two blocks from the river, on the western shore of the Intercoastal Waterway (Halifax River) at 161 15th Street, Holly Hill, FL:

It's only minutes to the new Publix Plaza, and convenenient to a number of parks along the riverfront.
Just blocks from US 1 (Ridgewood Ave.) and LPGA Boulevard makes for easy I-95 access.
Granada Boulevard (and the bridge) and Seabreeze Avenue (and bridge) are minutes either direction for easy beachside access.

The house has been recently renovated!

  

 

Here's some more information for you:

It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house, with an eat-in kitchen, large living room, and a den with fireplace.
There is a carport, outdoor screened room, outdoor patio, and laundry room.
There is also a large "bonus" room behind the carport & laundry room that could be used as an additional bedroom, rec/play room, home office, or crafts room. It has its own heat/air unit thru the wall.  
All rooms have ceiling fans with lights. 
There is a new central heat pump system, and new windows.

Both bedrooms have bright and airy, and there is a linen closet along with a hall closet:

 
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, disposal, self-cleaning oven, and refrigerator. The sink has a new faucet with a pull-out spray head. There is plenty of room for a dinette set.

The back yard (on the south side of the house) is fairly large, is fenced, and has a concrete patio.  There is also a concrete pad for a utility storage shed.

The house rents for $800.00 per month, with a 12-month lease....
First and last months' rent, plus a $500.00 security deposit needed (may be negotiable).
Only small pets, please, and there will be an additional deposit required.
