The Condo we have for rent is located "beachside" in the Riverside Condominiums,
on the eastern shore of the Intercoastal Waterway (Halifax River)
at 2901 North Halifax Avenue, Unit #215, Daytona Beach:

It's only minutes to Bellair Plaza area shops and restaurants, and the beach.
Granada Boulevard (and the bridge) is only minutes up the road.
It is located right on the Votran bus line.

Here's some more information for you:

It is a full 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, 1000 sq. ft. total
(plus generous size south-facing balcony to enjoy our famous river breezes and river view),
with a large dining/living room:

(living/dining room is 13' x 25')

Both bedrooms have large closets, and there is a large linen closet along with an entry closet.

Master bedroom is nice and bright with a southern exposure   Master bedroom has large closet and its own private full bathroom

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, disposal,
over-the-range microwave, self-cleaning oven,
and new refrigerator with icemaker.
There is a convenient pass-thru from the kitchen to the dining room.

All rooms (including the kitchen) have ceiling fans with lights.

The bathrooms both feature full-size bath tubs with showers, custom vanities and single-lever faucets.

Master bath has new tub/shower controls, new tile with convenient shampoo shelf, new vanity top, sink, and faucet  Master bath has new tile surround

 It is on the second story, very close to the stairs, and the parking space is just at the bottom of the stairs!
Basic cable, water/sewer, garbage/recycle, monthly pest control and maintenance are ALL included!
Laundry room is located downstairs in the same building.

There are three pools to choose from,
and there are two docks for boating, fishing or just enjoying the wonderful ocean and river breezes!

The condo has both north- and south-facing windows and doors that make the condo bright and airy!

There are grills and picnic areas, shuffleboard courts,
and a social room where various activities happen (and can be reserved for private parties).
As you can see by the pictures, the complex is beautiful and well-maintained!

The condo rents for $775.00 per month, with a 12-month lease....
First and last months' rent, plus a $500.00 security deposit needed (may be negotiable).

Sorry, no pets permitted in the complex except guide dogs as permitted by law.

This is a safe, quiet, well-run and maintained condo. We treasure responsible people and good neighbors.
To ensure the safety and security of everyone, your credit and background will be checked prior to approval.
If you have bad credit (uncollected debts/write-offs, bad checks, unpaid utility bills, etc.)
or have any history of arrests (DUI, drugs, violence or abuse, etc.)
then there is no need to apply, since the Condominium Association will not approve you to move in.
Rest assured that all of your neighbors have been as thoroughly checked!
